Privacy policy – applications
Data transmitted to us in the context of an online email application will be used by us exclusively for processing your application.
As part of the application process, we forward your data to the managing director and line manager of the position to which the advertised job relates. If your application is also suitable for an alternative position, we will forward it accordingly as soon as you have given us your consent.
If you do not apply for a specific, advertised position (unsolicited application), we may forward your data to the relevant department for which your application could be suitable on the basis of the data you have provided.
Your data will not be used for other purposes not related to your application, and in particular not for transmission to third parties.
We will delete your application data after the application process has been completed and the relevant statutory periods have expired.
